WCA Affirmative Action Services:

  • Review your current plan(s), regardless of whether or not we wrote your plan(s).
  • Provide an analysis of hires, promotions and terminations every six-months.
  • Recommend and design strategies for good faith efforts.
  • Develop your Affirmative Action Plan.
  • Design a tracking system for record keeping.
  • Develop your company's response to OFCCP audits or complaints against the company.
  • Represent your company as the sole communicator with the government's Compliance Officer.
  • Arrive on premises for the on-site portion of an audit.
  • Take the lead with Human Resource Staff during the onsite portion of the Affirmative Action audit.
  • Conduct a salary analysis for your entire workforce, using OFCCP methodology.
  • Provide a comprehensive audit of your Human Resources function and recommend practices that will assure a risk-free environment.
  • Recommend a prudent Human Resources Policy Structure that will meet the needs of your people, while satisfying the needs of your company.
  • Train your staff and line Managers on their Affirmative Action requirements.
  • Develop a Competitive Salary Administration Program, including a grade and range structure that will assure lines of progression to comply with Title IV.
